From here simply put in your NTP server you want your workstations to get their time from and any other configuration you need such as polling frequency, enabling NTP Client, and Global Configuration Settings. Then Close. Again you can confirm your settings by using the commands or registry entries I showed you in step 4. I want to point out that their is considerable more on how to configure NTP and use it.

Steve March 01, at AM I can make a Server do one or the other , but not both at once. The time service is now synchronizing the system time with the time source time. The time service has started advertising as a good time source.
