Worst experience at a local bar I have ever had. This is the level of service that awaits you at Diamond Jim's. Apparently the customer is not their focus. Your money can be better spent at other bars in Chula Vista. Don't waste your time at Jim's Great hole in the wall I've never had or seen any issues when I go.
I always have a good time! Give it a shot! You'll enjoy yourself if this is your type of crowd! When me and my friends stopped by this bar I thought"" ohh no another hole in the wall place"" but since it was the only place open on a tuesday night and we were celebrating a b-day i said the hell with it.. Is a very great place some fat girls but then again I guess that's why me and my friends got free drinks all night the guys were not pervs or rude very nice people and great music!!
I would go again. I used to go there all the time, then I got transferred. I heard there was a fire, then it was sold, Too bad. My freinds told me it's now a fight fest, I should have listened, The night I was there they had 3 fights!
This is THE place to come to. The female bartender cannot handle her job role and when you ask for a michelada, she will ask you to return in 10 minutes. Oh and did I mention that at pm the only beer available for beer towers was bud light? November Well last Sunday was my first time here, its a small little bar but it had live Spanish music "cumbias" to be exact.
Everyone was dancing and having a good time. I only stayed a couple of hours since I had to work the next day but I danced the whole time. Plenty of parking, nice staff and good music. The male owner was the nicest person, he was sitting right next to our vip table and asked me questions which caused me to move closer to their side to be able to hear him..
