Solve latency issues! The Black Ops series got a feature rich and exciting follow up game. It says "downloading game settings" then fetching stats". Sometimes it takes a long time to load and just satys stuck in the "downloading game settings" part. The worse part about this is that I cant seem to change my class type. If I buy a new perk or an equipment item I wont be able to use it.
For example if I buy some C4 and equip it. When I go back out of the menu it says "downloading game settings" "fetching stats" and it puts me back to where I used to be before I bought the C4!!! I tried googling this but couldn't find anything.

However when I got to level 18 I couldn't level any further After a every game it says that I get new guns and attachments but when I spawn in the next map "downloading game settings, fetchings stats" shows up and I'm stuck at level 18 and all the achievements are gone again. Also if I want to create a class, I can select for example a suppressor on the FAMAS but when I close the create a class section, all the settings jump back to before Can anyone help me?
